New Feature: Your mobile phone is your new card reader!
This feature allows you to create and send several emails to patients over a series of timed intervals. You can customize who enrolls into your drip campaigns and select from segments, mailing lists, and patient lists!

Users
- Added Staff Only and Read Only as user roles
- Now Owners and Managers are able to manage numbers in your Adit account.

- Automatically assign forms to patients based on specific criteria like: [Insert Criteria]

Incomplete Form Reminders
- Send automated messages to remind your patients to fill out and submit their incompleted patient forms
- New tabs are visible in the Patient Forms dashboard to help you organize forms.
Patient Card
- “Non-Patient” can now be used as a patient’s status
- Assign Forms are now available in the Patient Card
- Follow Ups are now available in the Patient Card
Patient Portal
- A new dashboard that allows your patients to manage all of their information with your practice
- Patients can check balances, book and confirm appointments, complete forms, view family member information, etc.
Pozative
- You can now send Pozative review requests via email.
- New “Leave Review” button on the Pozative widget
- Your patients now have the option to scan QR codes to leave reviews.
Engage
- Profile Photos now sync from the EHR
- Send reminders to patients after their appointments with our new “Completed” appointment status
Notification App
- Bug Fix: A notification will no longer redirect you to the login screen when clicking “Open”. You will remain logged in.
Other:
- Patients can now confirm their appointments via email.
- Messages will now appear in real time in the Floating Textboxes.
- SMS is now working in the Call Pop’s voicemail section.
- Emails for Online Appointment requests will now show the Requested Date and Requested Time.
