Goal: To develop a signature and launch Sarina as a premier lifestyle brand that luxury buyers are seeking.
Strategy: Initially we created a sample profile that represented the average user looking to buy a condo online. By using typical behavior patterns of users as well as standard preferences, interests, and demands, we were able to implement the branding throughout the site and on social media platforms for brand recognition purposes.
Results: Sarina is able to generate actual sales from the leads they receive online. We have essentially transformed an online marketing campaign into a multi-milion dollar real-estate cash cow!
