Adit has several features that help me daily. My favorites are the Follow Ups function on Practice Analytics and the Patient Forms. I am able to do all of our new patient paperwork digitally and have reminders automatically sent for me. The follow ups function keeps sticky notes off of my desk!
The customer service is great. Our account manager is fantastic, and the rest of the team is responsive and competent. Adit helps keep all of our offices in one place. It is easy to see how our offices are performing and have a pulse on their overall health. We can track and make decisions based on data.
