What To Do When Returning Your Adit Phones

At Adit, we hope to make your offboarding process as simple as possible in the case that you choose to no longer use your phones. Refunds will be processed on a case by case basis based on the phones being
- In new or like new condition upon return.
- In original packaging.
- Factory reset before returning.
If Adit has covered the cost of any phones upfront upon signing your agreement, at the time of return, the following policies must be met in order for you to qualify for a refund:
Return Policies
Monthly (within 90 days of signing your agreement)
If you are choosing to no longer use your phones within 90 days of signing your Adit agreement, you will receive a charge for the amount of the phone credit applied. This is a deposit and a refund will be issued once the phones have been received and assessed to determine if they are in new or like new condition.
Monthly (past 90 days of signing your agreement)
If you are choosing to no longer use your phones after 90 days of signing your agreement with Adit but within 12 months, you will immediately receive a charge for the amount of the phone credit applied. At this point, the phones can no longer be returned as the return period has expired.
Annual (within 90 days of signing your agreement)
If you are choosing to no longer use your phones after 90 days of signing your Adit agreement, Adit will withhold the amount of the phone credit applied from your refund until the phones have been received and assessed to determine if they are in new or like new condition, at which point, you will receive an additional refund.
Annual (past 90 days of signing your agreement)
If you are choosing to no longer use your phones after 90 days of signing your Adit agreement but within 12 months, Adit will withhold the amount of the phone credit applied from your refund. At this point, the phones can no longer be returned as the return period has expired.
What is considered ‘New or Like New condition’?
A phone will be considered to be in new or like new condition when it meets the following criteria and all parts listed are received:
- All phones come with a plastic screen protector and each part in individual plastic sleeves. Everything should be returned in the same condition.
- Phones should not have any markings (pen marks, sticky notes, etc).
- All parts must be included in the return. Please check the phone model to see it’s included parts:

How do I factory reset my phones?
DP 720/750
The DP 720 handset can be reset to initial configuration from
- Keypad Menu
- Settings
- System Settings
- Factory Reset, and click on ‘Yes’ (left soft key) to confirm, to cancel the Reset, press ‘No’ soft key instead.
The DP 750 base station can be reset to factory settings by:
- Access your DP750 base station web UI by entering its IP address in a browser.
- Enter your admin password (default: admin)
- Press ‘Login’ to access your settings.
- Press the ‘Factory Reset’ button on the top right corner. User can also perform a hard factory reset of the base by inserting a pin needle sized into the reset hole on the back of the DP750 base station, and hold it for about 7 seconds, then release it (Network, SIP status, Phone, and Radio icon leds will start blinking to indicate that factory reset process will be triggered).
GRP 2613/2616
The GRP 2613/2616 phones can be reset to factory settings by:
- Press the ‘MENU’ button to bring up the keypad configuration menu
- Select ‘System’ and enter
- Select ‘Operations - Factory Reset’
- A warning window will pop out to make sure a reset is requested and confirmed. Press the ‘Yes’ Softkey to confirm and the phone will reboot, or ‘No’ Softkey to cancel the Reset.
