Privacy Policy for Adit Insider

This Privacy Policy describes how Adit Insider (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards the personal data of users (“you”, “your”) when you register, log in via the main Adit app, or otherwise use Adit Insider. By accessing or using Adit Insider, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Eligibility

1.1 This program is available on invite only basis. 
1.2 Adit employees, contractors, and their immediate family members may be excluded from participation at Adit’s discretion.

2. Earning Points

2.1 Participants may earn points (“Points”) by completing eligible activities as  defined  by Adit, such as:

• Submitting verified reviews;
• Referring new customers; or
• Participating in approved promotional or advocacy activities (e.g., social media engagement).

2.2 Adit reserves the right to modify, add, or remove eligible activities at any time without notice.

3. Content Guidelines for Reviews

3.1 All reviews submitted as part of this Program must be genuine, truthful, and reflect your honest experience with Adit.
3.2 Reviews must comply with Adit’s Content Guidelines, which will be provided separately.
3.3 Points associated with any review that violates these guidelines, includes  false or misleading statements, or otherwise fail to meet Adit’s standards may be retracted at Adit’s sole discretion.

4. Referral Program

4.1 A valid Referral is defined as a decision maker at another practice who signs up for Adit as a result of your referral.
4.2 Only the first person to submit a valid referral for a given contact or practice will receive the associated points. Subsequent submissions referring the same contact or practice will not be eligible for points.
4.3 If a referral is already present in Adit’s system through existing marketing efforts or other sources, it will not qualify as a valid referral.
4.4 Adit reserves the right to verify referral information before awarding any Points.

5. Fraud and Misuse

5.1 Any Participant found to be using false, duplicate, or fictitious names, accounts, or contact information to earn Points will forfeit all accumulated Points and may be permanently removed from the Program.
5.2 Adit reserves the right to void any individual’s Points or disqualify Participants in cases of fraud, abuse, manipulation, gaming of the system, or any other malicious or unethical conduct (“Improper Conduct”).
5.3 Determinations of Improper Conduct are made at Adit’s sole discretion and are final.

6. Redeeming Points

6.1 Points may be redeemed for approved rewards, including but not limited to electronics, travel vouchers, or other promotional items as listed by Adit.
6.2 Rewards are subject to availability and may change without notice.
6.3 Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.

7. Product and Reward Disclaimer

7.1 Adit is responsible only for the delivery of rewards.
7.2 Any claims related to defects, damages, or deficiencies in a product reward must be directed to the manufacturer or vendor in accordance with their warranty or return policies.
7.3 Adit makes no warranties regarding any third-party products or services offered as rewards.

8. Taxes and Reporting

8.1 Participants are solely responsible for any tax liabilities arising from reward redemptions.
8.2 Any Participant who receives rewards valued at $600 or more in a calendar year will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for tax reporting purposes.
8.3 Participants are encouraged to consult a tax professional for advice regarding their specific situation.

9. Program Changes and Termination

9.1 Adit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any part thereof at any time, for any reason, without notice.
9.2 Upon termination, any unused Points may be forfeited and have no cash or exchange value.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Adit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with participation in this Program.

11. Data Collection

We may collect the following categories of personal data:

1. Registration data: name, email address, phone number, username, and any credentials required for login via the main Adit app.
2. Device and usage data: device model, operating system version, app version, usage logs (such as reward activity, referral usage, session dates/times), crash or error reports.
3. Optional data: profile photo or any other data you voluntarily provide in your profile.

12. Purpose of Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

1. To create, manage, and maintain your Adit Insider account and link it with your account on the main Adit app.
2. To authenticate and verify your identity during registration and login.
3. To enable and administer app features including reward distribution, referral tracking, notifications (e.g. reward confirmations, offers), and account-related communications.
4. To monitor and improve the performance, stability, and user experience of the app.
5. To ensure security: detect misuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and other harmful activity.

13. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We will not share or sell your personal data for advertising or marketing to unrelated third parties. We may disclose your data in the following limited circumstances:

1. To the main Adit app and its authorized services to enable registration, login, and account linking.
2. To authorized service providers/contractors who assist us in operating the app, analytics, hosting, notifications, security, or maintenance — provided they agree to confidentiality and data protection obligations.
3. To comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal requests from governmental or regulatory authorities, or to protect rights, property or safety of our users or others.

14. Data Security and Retention

We implement reasonable organizational, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include secure data storage, restricted access, and encryption where applicable.

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above, or as required by law.

1. Access the personal data we hold about you.
2. Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
3. Request deletion of your personal data (to the extent allowed by law and our operational needs).
4. Withdraw consent for processing (where processing is based on consent), subject to functional limitations.
