SEO: We ran an SEO Campaign targeting short-tail keywords like “homes Calgary,” “condos Calgary,” “homes for sale,” etc. Our strategy consisted of keyword optimization, blogging, off-page link building, as well as other things.
PPC: We ran ad campaigns targeting similar keywords as in the SEO campaign, as well as a display campaign targeting people on real estate related websites. We also ran a retargeting campaign to remind customers of The Rise as the buying window was usually longer than 6 weeks.
FB Ads: The Rise had great photography, so we leveraged this in Facebook ads by targeting users on Facebook and Instagram that matched our specific profile. We used great images to give these users a sneak peek into The Rise’s model homes and got them to click to go to their website. From there, we created a funnel system and allowed The Rise to capture the consumer’s email and begin their nurturing process. Additionally, we were able to leverage Facebook ads by targeting friends of those who made purchases in The Rise, as many people like to stay around their friends!
Results: The Rise SOLD our their units well in advance. Even better, more than 40% of their leads came from digital sources! The development is a whole year ahead of schedule because of the influx of sales/pre-orders.
